Lilac, The Oldest Lighthouse Tender in America

Part of the Lilac Steamboat parked on the North side of Pier 25 at N. Moore Street. The boat was built in 1933 and is currently being restored (http://lilacpreservationproject.org/).

I loved the contrast of the blue sky to the red and yellow. Not sure what this part is called.

Red Bike Tire

Walking along Warren Street this morning my son and I came across a really cool black bike with red tires. I love how the red tires stood out on this overcast day. A large movie truck was behind the bike making the image of the whole bike too distracted so I decided to take a close-up.

Rusty Old Bike

On Sundays my family and I walk past this "rusty old bike" that my son points out every time. It's located on Greenwich near Vestry in northern Tribeca. It never fails to intrigue me each time we walk past. It's clearly been adandoned. I wonder for how long?
